- Catering specialist Vermaat provides a diverse range. We provide home-grown products, so that transport can be limited. The products and their origin are carefully chosen. All dairy is local. Where possible, we provide seasonal products, because that also means less transport and lower CO2 emissions. In the restaurant we indicate the most important principles, so you can clearly see what you choose. Naturalis also has picnic areas where you can use your own lunch.
